to join its kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys cooking high-quality dishes from scratch in a fresh food environment. The Role: As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards. You will also take full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, including during holidays. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations Leading the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence Preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality dishes from scratch Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards Assisting with menu development and seasonal changes Training and motivating junior team members What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a
food-led gastro pub or similar environment Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and attention to detail Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards A team player with a positive attitude Working Hours & Benefits: 48-hour contract Wednesday to Sunday working pattern 3 double shifts and 2 early finishes per week One early finish on Sundays (approx. 5-6pm) Salary:
