The Role
We're seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our senior kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic operation, mastering live fire cooking while leading and developing our talented brigade.
As Sous Chef, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring every dish leaving the pass reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a quality restaurant environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and H&S
Passion for seasonal, produce-led cooking
Experience with fine dining standards and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy services
Strong mentoring abilities to develop junior team members
Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine (desirable)
Experience or interest in live fire cooking techniques
