The role As a sous chef you will manage the kitchen with the head chef, you will ensure the kitchen is ready for service and then cook in service or run the pass when the head chef is off. This role covers all the normal sous chef duties.
Experience We are looking for a sous chef with a fresh food background, they are either looking for a sous chef or a senior sous chef, with good knife skills. due to the location, own transport is required
