My client, a delightful boutique hotel in the heart of the New Forest, is currently looking for a talented sous chef to join their team.
The hotel includes a fine dining restaurant with 1 Rosette as well as a more casual dining pub. They have a great reputation for the quality of their food and service and use only fresh locally sourced ingredients.
The successful candidate will have experience as rosette level in a similar role, be a good communicator and have a strong and reliable personality.
The salary for the Sous Chef is between £36,500 to £37,400 plus tips.
Live in accommodation is available and costs just over £300 per month.
