The Role: As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our senior kitchen team to deliver consistently exceptional dishes-playing a key role in prep, service, and mentoring junior chefs. Who We're Looking For: Experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a high-end or Michelin-recognised kitchen

A strong understanding of fire-based cooking or an eagerness to learn
