We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to support the leadership of the kitchen team for an exciting new restaurant project. As Sous Chef, you will work closely alongside the Head Chef and ownership team to help lead and inspire the kitchen brigade, supporting the day-to-day running of the operation and ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive and passionate chef who is committed to excellence, creativity, and a deep understanding of seasonal produce. You will play a key role in maintaining the culture, standards, and identity of the kitchen.

The Person

The successful Sous Chef will have: Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a high-quality kitchen (Rosette or Michelin experience preferred) A genuine passion for farm-to-fork cooking and sustainability Strong knowledge of seasonal British produce Interest in foraging, game, and whole-animal butchery (training can be provided) Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team Ambition to grow and develop within a forward-thinking business If you are an experienced Sous looking for a new opportunity apply today to find out more!
