About the Role Job Title: Sous Chef
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 6am3pm or 7am4pm (40 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
Salary: £37,000 per year
Key Responsibilities Support the Executive Chef/Chef Manager in the preparation and delivery of daily meals, hospitality, and events

Cook using fresh, seasonal ingredients, producing high-quality food for up to 350 covers

Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation

Ensure kitchen and service areas are clean, safe, and well maintained at all times

Lead by example, supporting and motivating the kitchen team

Contribute ideas for menus and food presentation, keeping meals exciting and nutritious
