Set within a unique and characterful space, the venue is known for its seasonal, produce-led menus and elegant dining environment. The Role As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, ensuring high standards, consistency and smooth day-to-day operations across: À la carte restaurant service Banqueting Seasonal menu development
You will play a key role in maintaining standards, mentoring junior chefs, and contributing to the ongoing development of the menu and kitchen culture. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous A Michelin-starred or Michelin-standard kitchen is preferred Strong background in seasonal, British/European, produce-led cooking Passion for high-quality ingredients and menu development A calm, organised approach with strong leadership potential A team player with a hands-on attitude Just some of our benefits:
