* Sous Chef * Independent contract caterer * Term time only - 41 working weeks * 40 hours per week rota * £18.00 per hour We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a school catering team, catering for up to 200. In this role, you will support the kitchen in delivering fresh, nutritious meals for break and lunch service, as well as occasional hospitality events. You will work with seasonal ingredients to produce high-quality, home-cooked food while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, organisation, and kitchen efficiency. This position is ideal for a passionate chef who enjoys working with fresh produce and is looking for a great work-life balance through a structured term-time schedule.
