The kitchen operates at a high volume, serving 500+ covers per day, delivering consistently excellent dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. The Role As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring all sections are well-organised and fully prepared for service.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will support the development of junior chefs, maintain exceptional food standards, and help drive a positive, team-focused culture within the kitchen. Oversee daily kitchen operations across all sections Ensure smooth and efficient service for 500+ covers per day Train, supervise and support junior chefs Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and control food costs Support the Head Chef in maintaining excellent guest satisfaction Promote a positive and collaborative team environment What Were Looking For
