What Youll Be Doing as our Sous Chef:
Supporting the Head Chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team
Creating and delivering fresh, seasonal, high-quality dishes
Managing stock, GP, and overall kitchen performance
Upholding exceptional food safety and consistency standards
Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs
