The Role Support the Head Chef in delivering British cuisine across the international events calendar
Operate within high-pressure, fast-moving international event environments
Assist with kitchen leadership, organisation, and on-site execution
Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and operational standards
Travel extensively as part of the events international schedule
The Candidate Proven experience as a Sous Chef within premium hospitality, events, hotels, or high-volume catering
Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
Flexible, resilient, and comfortable working away from home for extended periods
A team-focused professional with high standards and attention to detail
