Sous Chef - Monday to Friday (40 Hours per Week)
£19.89 per hour
Location: Near London Bridge

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic hospitality kitchen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to achieve a great work-life balance while working in a high-quality food environment.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Occasional evenings required (paid at time and a half)

About the Role:
You will be part of a professional brigade of 10 chefs within a busy hospitality kitchen. The team delivers all catering for an exclusive client suite, offering a diverse range of food-from fresh sandwich and salad lunches to high-end, fine dining à la carte menus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Deliver consistently high standards across all food offerings
• Contribute to menu development and event planning
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in leading, training, and motivating the brigade

About You:

• Proven experience in a fine dining environment
• Events and hospitality experience preferred
• Contract catering background desirable, but not essential
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification (or equivalent)
