My client, a friendly and well-established country inn with rooms, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic

Sous Chef

to join their kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys cooking with fresh ingredients and takes pride in producing quality, comforting dishes that guests return for time and again. The Role:

Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Helping maintain strong food quality and presentation standards

Assisting with seasonal menu ideas and specials

Stepping up to lead service when required

Supporting and encouraging junior chefs

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up

Enjoys working with fresh, seasonal produce

Calm and organised during busy services

A positive team player with a good work ethic
