Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. From ensuring every plate looks and tastes amazing, to supporting food safety and managing stock, your focus will be on quality, consistency, and care.

What you'll be doing: Supporting daily kitchen operations with skill and efficiency Cooking and presenting dishes to high standards of taste and appearance Helping manage stock, food safety, and hygiene compliance Assisting with menu planning, specials, and themed events Encouraging a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork and respect Sharing ideas, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement
