We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team, a recently opened restaurant known for delivering exceptional dining experiences and high-quality banqueting for private events and corporate functions. As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in both our day-to-day restaurant service and the planning and execution of large-scale events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in both an à la carte and banqueting environment and is ready to take the next step in their culinary career. Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations Lead the kitchen during service, ensuring consistency and quality Assist in the planning and execution of banqueting menus and event catering Supervise and train junior kitchen staff Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety Manage stock levels, ordering, and cost control Help develop seasonal menus that reflect creativity and client needs What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Sous Chef or experienced CDP in both restaurant and banqueting settings Confident running a busy kitchen and managing multiple service styles Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A calm and professional approach under pressure Excell...
