The Fox is a busy, much loved gastro pub in Chipping Norton. With food served seven days a week from breakfast through dinner, we pride ourselves on fresh, seasonal dishes, daily specials, and a welcoming pub atmosphere with a modern twist. We are now looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help lead the team forward. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, take ownership, and contribute to a thriving kitchen. What you will be doing • Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations • Leading shifts and mentoring junior chefs • Contributing ideas for menus and daily specials • Preparing dishes from scratch using seasonal ingredients and local suppliers • Maintaining excellent hygiene and health and safety standards • Running the kitchen during service and staying organised in busy periods What you will need • Previous experience in a professional kitchen in a leadership role • Confiden...
