Working collaboratively with theeducation team, you will deliver bespokeSpeech and LanguageTherapyassessment and interventiontopupilswho may have experienceddevelopmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMHneeds.?You will work within the standardsprovidedin theOFGSpeech and LanguageTherapy Ways of Working. Thiswill guide your practice within an education settingand clarify your roles and responsibilities,whiletaking into accountthe requirements of yourgoverning andprofessional bodies.You will be given responsibility for holding aSpeech and Languagetherapycaseload, with the full support ofyour designated clinical supervisor andLead Clinician,also contributing to staff training and consultationasrequired.?This post would suit a resilient,creativeand enthusiastic individual.?
