Mission and Goals

The Sr. Principal Product Manager Privacy is responsible for overseeing and evolving our portfolio of consumer privacy products. This role plays a critical part in creating and defining the product portfolio across all brands (Norton, Avast, AVG), ensuring product management is aligned with market needs, business goals, and product lifecycle.

Short-term goals : Set and prioritize product roadmaps, develop and manage product features, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver product vision and strategy.

Long-term goals : Drive innovation in privacy products, create new trends, and maintain a leading position in the privacy and security market.

Objectives

Work with the Head of Product for Privacy to set product priorities and deliver world-class products to market.

Plan and prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs, business goals, and product lifecycle.

Lead cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and market positioning.

Stay ahead of trends in the privacy and broader security domains, ensuring continuous innovation.

Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and engineering to optimize product features, pricing, and promotions.

Collect market feedback to develop new product features and refine existing offerings.

Align multiple teams to ensure they are working towards common goals.

Product Management Expertise : 7+ years of experience in product management within B2C or B2B SaaS.

Passion for Digital Privacy : Genuine interest in digital privacy and a deep commitment to protecting user data.

Product Development & Launch : Proven success in bringing products from concept to launch, with measurable impact.

Strategic & Data-Driven Decision Making : Strong ability to leverage both qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform product decisions.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability : Excellent analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Conceptual Thinking & Execution : Ability to work with abstract concepts and turn them into actionable plans with tangible results.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement : Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with cross-functional teams.

Passion for Innovation & Learning : A drive for continuous learning and building innovative digital products.
