We are seeking a seasoned Service Assurance Program Manager with 15+ years of experience in the Telecom domain to lead end-to-end delivery of service assurance initiatives across complex OSS/BSS ecosystems.

The role involves driving strategic programs focused on network performance, fault management, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver robust assurance solutions that enhance service reliability and operational efficiency.

Strong expertise in telecom service assurance processes, program governance, risk management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
