My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance.Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include:Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning.Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motorsQualifications RequiredCity and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum18th EditionWith a great salary of £42,000 a chance to do an abundance of over time.
