Electrician based on site within a team of operatives undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of Electrical equipment and building fabric within a hanger property environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Electrical time served apprenticeship or equivalent
City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition of the IET Wiring regulations
Evidence of high-quality experience in Building Services.
Sound level of administration and organisational skills
Previous experience of working within a team
Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
Resides geographically near to job site and available for call out

Risk Assessment Guidance Training
Mechanical knowledge/qualification
Appointed Person General Works Permits
PAT Testing
Knowledge and use of computer software Microsoft Office, Building Management System,
Legionella Awareness
IPAF & PASMA Trained
Safe Use and Inspection of Harnesses
