Station Environmental Operative | Gweithredwr Glanhau Gorsafoedd - Pwllheli, WalesSalary: £30,159 per annumThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for Station Environmental Operative (SEO) to join our Customer Operations Team.As a Stations Environmental Operative, you will be responsible for providing a clean welcoming environment for all of our customers at our stations, as well as delivering excellent customer service helping our customers with any queries. Role responsibilitiesKeeping our stations  clean and tidy at all times, carrying out cleaning duties including sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning toilets, removing litter and emptying binsPerforming minor maintenance tasks around the station when required including fixing/replacing damaged equipment, painting and general gardening dutiesHelping our customers with any queries and providing excellent customer serviceAdhering to health & safety responsibilities and regulationsWorking effectively as part of a team and independently Who we're looking forEssential  Excellent organisational skillsCustomer focussedAbility to work alone and as part of a teamAbility to provide clear, accurate and helpful information to customers and colleaguesAbility to perform manual tasksUK Driving License (required for mobile positions)Desirable  Previous customer service experience Previous cleaning experience - knowledge of COSHHAs a transport operating company, we are there for our customers whenever they need to travel – so flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, is essential. Welsh Language SkillsWhile not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application.TfW support anyone who wants to learn Welsh or improve their skills.
