TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Housing Association in South London and require qualified Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) for a long-term contract.

Role Overview:

Conduct stock condition and RDSAP across residential properties in and around South London (Majority SE postocdes and some SW)
Portfolio of 3,500+ properties (property list available)
Must be a QUALIFIED DEA
Paid per survey – Flats, Houses and Blocks
Outside IR35Contract Details:

Duration: 12-month rolling contract
Start Date: Expected from 5th May
Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and some door knocking (optional)
Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority
