Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service Coaching, developing and motivating your Assistant Manager and team Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members Managing stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards Overseeing rosters, store administration and data integrity Maintaining a safe, compliant and well‑presented store environment

About you
