We operate fast-paced, high-volume sites where strong, hands-on leadership on the floor is essential to performance. The Opportunity This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a site within a growing business and play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture. We are looking for floor leaders to drive performance, individuals who take control, lead from the front, and deliver results in real time. The Role We are looking for a Store Manager to take full ownership of one of our sites. This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role. You will be expected to take control of the shop floor, direct your team in real time, and be accountable for performance every day. You are responsible for: Leading the team during service Driving pace and urgency Controlling staff behaviour Maximising sales during busy periods This is not a passive management role. You will be expected to take control of the operation and deliver results daily. What Were Looking For We are looking for someone who: Naturally takes control in fast-paced environments Is confident directing people and making decisions in real time Is comfortable challenging poor performance immediately Thrives under pressure and increases pace when demand increases Takes full ownership of results, not just effort Is confident managing people Has a performance-driven mindset What You Must Be Able To Demonstrate You must have strong experience in a fast-paced food & beverage or hospitality environment. Coffee experience is advantageous, but the ability to lead from the front on a busy shop floor is essential. Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to manage people and drive performance in real time Confidence taking control of situations and making decisions Experience working in customer-facing environments where speed and efficiency matter Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on We are looking for leaders, not supervisors. What Youll Be Accountable For Speed and efficiency of service Team performance and behaviour on the floor Sales performance during peak periods Labour control and operational efficiency Maintaining standards at all times What This Role Is Not This is not a passive or office-based management role This is not a hands-off position This is not suitable for individuals who avoid confrontation This is not suitable for those avoiding accountability Pay & Performance Base Salary: £30,000
