Requirements

Proven retail leadership experience within premium or luxury Strong track record of leading high‑performing teams and delivering exceptional commercial results Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful clienteling strategies Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and ability to lead with empathy Strong commercial acumen with analytical capability and strategic thinking Skilled at building partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and driving cross‑functional collaboration Ability to inspire teams, manage change, and maintain composure in dynamic environments Experience with talent development, coaching, and succession planning
