Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, belonging, and continuous growth Attract and retain exceptional talent, embedding brand values and ensuring all team members act as authentic ambassadors Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, sales optimisation, and delivery against all KPIs Champion world-class service and clienteling, ensuring every interaction reflects a luxury lifestyle brand ethos Partner with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, local engagement, and long-term client development Ensure impeccable store presentation that reflects the highest expression of the brand’s vision and aesthetic Maintain operational and compliance excellence, including H&S and asset protection Optimise profitability through resource planning, cost management, and operational efficiency Support succession planning, coach future leaders, and cultivate a strong internal talent pipeline Build community presence and represent the brand in local and philanthropic initiatives Influence key stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights Demonstrate agility and resilience while navigating a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Requirements:

Proven retail leadership experience within premium or luxury Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional commercial results Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful clienteling strategies Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and ability to lead with empathy Strong commercial acumen with analytical capability and strategic thinking Skilled at building partnerships, influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration Ability to inspire teams, manage change, and maintain composure in dynamic environments Experience with talent development, coaching, and succession planning
