We are seeking an experienced Flagship Store Manager with a passion for luxury to lead our Regent Street Flagship store! Leading by example every day, you will be coaching and developing your team to be the best in class at our Flagship location on Regent Street. Mentoring the future Store Managers in your team, you will drive an immersive customer experience to over achieve store targets and retain Molton Brown's reputation as the authority in premium body care. With a focus on Sales vs. Footfall, you exceed customer expectations through superior service standards every day. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager, ideally with a Premium Fragrance/Beauty background to push their career further with ongoing support from your Area Manager and the wider teams. The Store Manager role:
A Store Manager for Molton Brown will be the driving force of our business demonstrating a will to win, passion for people, is future focused and demonstrates exceptional standards of execution Has strong strategic and analytical thinking in seeking activity to maximise all business opportunities and actively drives and achieves store sales, KPI’s and business profit through inspirational motivation Ensures the customer journey is a sensorial experience tailored to the individual, delivering the principles of our customer service programme, knowing what excellence looks like and will always strive to deliver Builds and develops a highly effective team through engaging communication, coaching and training, empowering individuals to reach their full potential
The Perfect Store Manager Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years retail management experience Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable An excellent communicator An engaging and successful leader Proven commercial acumen and P&L accountability Customer Centric approach Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements including some travel to meetings and to support other locations
