Store Manager – Stockton-on-Tees – 40 hours per week. Our stockists are open 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes. We are interested in developing your talents so you can grow with our business and become a future leader. Day-to-day responsibilities
Deliver great service, ensuring the team provides a great customer experience and drives sales through exceptional service. Muck in to help the team get the job done: checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together. Inspire and encourage a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition. Ask questions and build relationships: support the team's development, future business growth and succession planning, and ensure customers leave fulfilled. Lead from the front, coaching, motivating and engaging the team to create a great place to work where engagement is key. Build a fun working environment by maintaining outstanding product availability, high branch standards and creating a workplace everyone loves.
