The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for luxury jewellery, and the ability to drive sales and exceed targets.If you thrive on leading the achievement of financial goals through strong communication, collaboration, relationships and excellent service, we would love to hear from you.As a store manager you will be responsible for the store’s commercial delivery reporting directly to Dinny Hall Retail Operation Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelopment of a strong client base both locally and globally and an informative and caring sales strategy; with an omnichannel approach to sellingLead, manage and educate team members in new client acquisition and retentionRespond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and rapid mannerWork closely with marketing and commercial functions to ensure in store events and promotions run smoothly and help drive sales targetsCollaborate with the Victoria Arcade management team to ensure the store standards align with the wider store’s objectivesEnsure the store is visually appealing and adheres to both Victoria Arcade and the concession brand’s guidelinesAct as the main point of contact between the store and Victoria Arcade management teamRegularly report on sales, stock, and staffing issues to both Victoria Arcade management team and the brand’s head officeInstil passion and pride for the brand and productProvide weekly trade results and sales figures to Dinny Hall head office, analyse and react to sales trends regarding assortment, stock levels, opportunities to increase sales to Senior ManagementNurture and develop the team and give annual appraisals to achieve key objectivesEnsure visual merchandising directives are implemented efficiently in line with brand guidelinesCommunicate to Senior Management customer feedback and quality issues in order to improve customer service and salesPerform and supervise operational responsibilities to ensure the timely procedures and accurate processing of all markdowns, transfers, damages, shipping and receiving in order to maintain the integrity of the inventory and any stock loss accountabilityIDEAL CANDIDATEA proven track record in retail management in a luxury environmentIdeally have experience within Jewellery retailStrong leadership qualities and decision-making abilityCommercially aware with a good understanding of the market and competitorsExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsWilling to multitask resourcefully, self-motivated and can work independentlyStrong IT skills, experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management softwareSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesRetail Luxury Goods and Jewelry #J-18808-Ljbffr
