What you'll be doing: Leading from the front by delivering a first-class customer journey. Driving store sales and ensuring commercial targets are achieved. Recruiting, coaching and developing a motivated and high-performing team. Taking ownership of stock management and product presentation. Using business data to identify opportunities and implement improvements. Building lasting relationships with customers, including high-value clients. Recognising and rewarding great performance while managing underperformance. Working closely with your Area Manager on new initiatives and retail projects.
