Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager

Take full responsibility as Store Manager for all store operations and commercial performance Drive retail sales through strong leadership and KPI management Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with brand values Lead visual merchandising to ensure the store is commercial and inspiring Recruit, train and develop a motivated retail team Manage stock, audits, health and safety and all operational compliance Use commercial insight and data to improve retail performance and profitability
