What’s Involved As a Store Manager, you’ll be centre stage in one of our stunning, purpose‑built showrooms, helping customers bring their dream kitchens to life while building a team that’s motivated to succeed together. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to lead our Walthamstow showroom like it’s your own business, ensuring customers enjoy outstanding service from start to finish. You’ll drive performance and sales, while we invest in your development through training designed to accelerate your leadership skills and deepen your design expertise. Many of our leaders began their paths in roles just like this, so it’s no surprise our Store Managers stay with us for an average of over 9 years. What You’ll Be Doing

Previous experience in the retail industry leading a team. A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer‑service skills. Strong leadership abilities to guide a motivated and empowered team. A creative mindset and the flexibility to work varied hours. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
