We are looking for a leader who is energetic, commercially minded and confident in managing a large store environment. You will be someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, inspiring your team, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a great impression of the brand.

As a Store Manager you will be able to motivate and manage a great team, up skill where necessary and ensure everyone is aligned to the wider company vision. It's a hands on role and you will enjoy and embrace this aspect of retail, coming from a similar environment is a big advantage.

What you'll be responsible for as a Store Manager

Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service Maximising sales opportunities and ensuring the store hits all financial targets Coaching, developing and performance-managing colleagues at all levels Upholding brand standards and ensuring all compliance and health & safety procedures are followed Monitoring KPIs and driving improvements across the store Staying informed about market trends and competitor activity Being a visible, active leader within the store environmentThis opportunity would suit a proven Store Manager or General Manager from a large-format retailer or big-box environment.
