Responsibilities
Coach and guide store teams to deliver excellent customer experience in every interaction. Lead the store’s success by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Create a safe environment for colleagues and enforce all policies and procedures. Develop people through growth opportunities and internal career advancement. Guide a team passionate about store goals, ensuring they understand their contribution to commercial objectives. Strategically manage sales, shrink, and service to keep the store operating smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
At least one year of supervisory or management experience, including team leadership and performance management. Experience managing store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards. Experience driving store performance by achieving key KPIs such as sales targets, waste reduction, and customer service scores, and using sales data to improve results while managing budgets to maximise profitability. Right to work in the UK and Ireland.
