As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance and team leadership:

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Drive KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV and store profitability
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards
• Manage day-to-day operations, stock control and compliance
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards
• Recruit, train and coach team members
• Build strong relationships within the local community
• Ensure the store reflects brand values and sustainability commitments

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion, xbpsjku footwear or accessories
