Job Summary The Stores & Logistics Operative is responsible for the control of all materials, components, tooling logistics, and shipping activities within the Part-145 approved MRO facility. The role ensures that parts, materials, and equipment are properly received, stored, controlled, and issued in full compliance with Part-145 regulations, company procedures, and airworthiness requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Stores Operations • Daily stores operations including goods receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials and components. • Ensure correct handling and storage of aircraft wheels, brakes, and associated components. • Ensure parts and materials are correctly identified and traceable.
Logistics & Shipping • Ensure components are packaged, preserved, and shipped in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate transportation with logistics providers and customers. • Prepare shipping documentation and ensure export/import compliance where applicable.
Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with: • Part-145 requirements • Company MOE procedures • Airworthiness certification and documentation requirements • Ensure certification paperwork (EASA/ CAA Form 1 / equivalent) accompanies components as required.
• Support internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications & Experience • Experience in stores or logistics preferred. • Experience using inventory or ERP systems. • Ability to work accurately in a regulated environment.
Desirable Experience
• Forklift or warehouse handling certification
