A bit about the job:
You’ll guide a team that supports our high net-worth clients, making sure we deliver on client needs and shared goals. Your focus will include strategic planning, building trusted relationships, and supporting the team to improve how we work.
You’ll partner with others across the business and externally to grow our services in ways that are sustainable and client focused. You’ll also help shape marketing efforts, improve our systems, and support team development through inclusive leadership and coaching.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in client or account management , with a strong understanding of relationship-building and tailored client support
- A strong understanding of technical insurance propositions, such as high net worth, business protection and taxation rules
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on coaching, collaboration, and inclusive leadership
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to align client priorities with wider business objectives in a clear and practical way

- Starting salary circa £80,000 (national), circa £95,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 12% (E grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days
