SettleParadigm is entering an exciting period of transformation, with a new name, brand and Corporate Plan launching in September. Were looking for an experienced Senior Communications professional to provide strategic leadership and hands-on delivery during this pivotal phase. The Role Youll work closely with the Director of Communications to shape and deliver two major priorities: Corporate Plan engagement

helping colleagues understand our future direction and their role in delivering it and communicating our priorities to stakeholders

New intranet launch

leading the delivery, content, structure and roll-out of our new platform

This role blends senior-level counsel with practical delivery. Youll translate complex organisational priorities into clear, inspiring communication that resonates across diverse teams. What Youll Do Lead and deliver communication and engagement activities for the Corporate Plan

Oversee the strategy, content and launch of the new intranet

Provide expert advice to senior leaders on change and integration communications

Create and refine high-quality content that supports organisational understanding and engagement

What Youll Bring Extensive experience leading organisation-wide change and communication programmes

Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to influence senior leaders

Exceptional written communication and storytelling ability

Proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement

Excellent organisational skills and confidence working at pace

Strong digital literacy; CMS experience (WordPress/Interact) is a bonus

Understanding of the housing sector is desirable
