A prestigious Legal and Business Services Organisation is seeking an experienced Strategic Change Project Manager to manage the business-facing adoption of complex and interdependent initiatives within their Generative AI Programme. This is a high-impact role focused on change and strategic transformation by integrating GenAI capabilities into existing tools and processes.

Rate: £600pd Location: London Hybrid: 3 days in the office Contract Length: 3 Months Initial (view to extend, part of a larger programme)

Key Experience Needed:

Extensive experience as a Project /Change manager working on strategic operational change initiatives in a range of projects. Experience managing the operational development and integration of tools in Legal or Professional Services. Knowledge of GenAI tools, ideally in Legal Tech Strong background in workforce impact assessments, including capability planning. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead across multiple teams and disciplines.
