Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Strategic Procurement Specialist on a 12 month Rolling Contract, based in West Midlands- With Hybrid Working.

Role Summary

The successful candidates will lead sourcing activities and negotiations for aerospace and industrial components to optimize costs and secure supply continuity.

Responsibilities include undertaking price negotiations, conducting in-depth cost breakdown analysis, and developing robust supplier strategies.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with strategic procurement experience in the aerospace or automotive industries.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or CIPS preferred) and the ability to work within a complex, global matrix environment.

Key skills include:

- Contract negotiation and risk management

- Long-term strategic planning

- Stakeholder management

- Intermediate Excel skills

- Cost value engineering

- Strategic supplier sourcing/management

- 12 and above years of experience.
