Strategy Manager - Learning Platform Transformation - £675 per day Inside IR35

Our leading pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to support a major Learning Platform Transformation programme. This role will play a critical part in assessing the current operating model, designing a scalable future-state solution, and ensuring the organisation is prepared for change.


Working closely with business, functional, and technical stakeholders, the Strategy Manager will shape the path from the current environment to a future-ready learning ecosystem. They will be responsible for leading the current state assessments and conducting data and process reviews, before designing the future state for LMS processes and facilitating these workshops. The role requires strong strategic thinking, facilitation skills, and experience designing operating models within complex, regulated environments.


Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering strategy or transformation initiatives within large, complex organisations
  • Strong experience in operating model design, process mapping, and gap analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting learning platforms or LMS transformations is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Experience working within regulated industries (pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or similar) is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Rate: £675 per day Inside IR35

Duration: 3 months initially

Location: Hybrid/Central London
