About The Role
Produce structural calculations and detailed technical drawings compliant with UK standards
Support projects across sectors including commercial, residential, educational & healthcare
Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
Carry out structural surveys, assessments and reporting
Assist with project coordination, technical submissions and compliance checks
Attend project meetings and site visits where required
About You
Bachelors or Masters degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline
Typically 3 - 8 years experience in a UK structural engineering consultancy
Strong understanding of structural design for concrete, steel, timber and masonry
Competency in producing calculations to Eurocode standards
Experience with CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Partial or full chartered status (IStructE or ICE) or working towards chartershipExperience with structural surveys, refurbishment projects or detailed reportingSome knowledge of civil engineering elements (e.g. drainage, ground conditions) About The Company
