Structural Engineer Southeast London £45k-£50k plus benefits Our client, a forward-thinking structural engineering consultancy who work around what their employees and clients alike need. They are currently seeking an experienced structural engineer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for an engineer with a solid foundation in UK-based structural design, who is confident leading projects and managing the output of junior engineers. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to project delivery and be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment. Can you lead and manage projects, carrying out detailed structural calculation and have the ability to attend site and client visits liaising at all levels? What you will need: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum of 4 years' UK-based consultancy experience Either approaching Chartership or already Chartered (ICE or IStructE) Strong technical design skills across a range of building materials Excellent communication and leadership abilities Comfortable managing junior staff and leading project delivery This role offers a competitive salary and fixed monthly bonus scheme based on percentage of sales, half day Fridays and working from home every Thursday and Friday.
