A leading organisation is seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join its growing team based in Nottingham. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across England and Scotland, with a particular focus on bridge engineering and steel structures.Role Overview:The Structural Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and delivery of structural solutions across a range of bridge and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will contribute to both new build and refurbishment schemes, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:Undertake structural design and analysis for bridge and steel structuresPrepare calculations, drawings, and technical reports in line with industry standardsSupport project delivery across multiple schemes in England and ScotlandCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholdersAssist in site inspections and assessments where requiredEnsure compliance with health & safety and relevant design standardsRequirements:Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)Experience in structural engineering, knowledge of bridges desirable.Knowledge and experience working with steel structuresFamiliarity with relevant UK design standards and codesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesWorking Arrangements:This role offers hybrid working; however, the successful candidate must be willing to work regularly from the Nottingham office.
