A highly regarded engineering consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, covering both temporary and permanent works, offering real variety on challenging schemes.

The Role

As a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 2 years experience, you will be involved in the design, analysis, and delivery of a wide range of structural solutions. You will gain exposure to multiple sectors and play a key role in developing practical, efficient, and buildable designs across both temporary and permanent works schemes.

Key Responsibilities

- Undertake structural design and analysis for a variety of projects

- Deliver both temporary works and permanent works designs

- Prepare calculations, reports, and technical specifications

- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and best practice

About You

- Experience working as a Structural Engineer within a consultancy or in-house contractor environment

- Strong understanding of structural design principles across a range of materials

- Experience or interest in both temporary and permanent works design

- Ability to manage workload and work both independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
