Structured Finance & Securitisation Associate | Global Elite Law Firm, London


Join a leading structured finance team in London, advising clients on a wide range of securitisation and structured credit transactions. The team works with banks, institutional investors, and corporate sponsors on both public and private deals, including ABS, CLOs, and other complex financing structures.


The Role

Advise on the full lifecycle of securitisation transactions, from documentation and regulatory compliance to execution. Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and clients on cross-jurisdictional matters. Early responsibility, exposure to high-value transactions, and opportunities to develop technical expertise in structured finance.


Requirements

  • Strong academic background
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
  • 1–4 years’ PQE in securitisation or structured finance work
