Supervising Social Worker

Salary: £30,000-£39,000 + £3,400 car allowance

NonStop is working with an established independent fostering agency in the West Midlands that is seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support a caseload of foster carers * Supporting and supervising them to ensure the highest standards of care are met * Formulate development plans for foster carers

Requirements:

* Registration with Social work England (SWE) * Driver * Experienced working in children's services * Ideally someone who is experienced in fostering
