Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Café Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and a knack for creating a positive workplace environment. As Café Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily café operations

Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing support to the team.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Manage inventory, orders, and supplies to maintain the café’s efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

A passion for coffee, food, and exceptional customer service.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Working Pattern: 5 out 7 days, 40 hours p/w
